Suicide is NOT an option and here's why......
Sometimes you feel happy, therefore your problem is nothing to die for.
See a counselor, as I did, and they will help you control your moods so you won't feel like that.
Bi-polar or Manic Depressive is the most horrible feeling in the world. I suffered for 30 years before I got the guts to get help.
Now I tell everyone with the problem: PLEASE get help!!!!!!!
You can do it. Walking in the door the first time is the hard part and you've walked thru lots of doors! Go for it.

Sounds like you are manic depressive. Your best bet would be to seek professional help. They may prescribe you a medication and you will feel better, but at least you will have an answer. Suicide is never an option regardless of how you are feeling at the moment. I completely understand how you feel and I am right there with you at times. You need to enrich your life with things that are fulfilling to you, whatever that may be. You also need to find a network of people that can listen to you and not judge you or talk about their own problems while you are opening up to them. The feeling of hopelessness does pass and things usually will get better. You just have to believe that there are better days to come (no matter how hard that is) and know that there are people in this world that do care about you and will be there for you.

You may just be ill, that's all. It sounds like bi-polar illness which means you switch between feeling really up to feeling down. I have it myself and I felt a bit like you at one stage. Suicide is just not an option because you can be treated by your doctor or a specialist. Don't sit around feeling lousy, go and get help as soon as you can and start healing. There is an end to this I promise.

If you're a kid, you should talk to your parents or to an adult you trust.
If you're an adult, you should talk to a counselor or a psychologist.
In the meantime, keep in mind that moods come and go. No one feels the same every minute of every day. But if you're feeling bad most of the time, you probably need some help.

it's clinical depression. it's normal. millions of people have it, young and old alike. first, you should seek counsel. it will help. whenever you feel depressed, you should remember that there is nothing wrong with you, that it is a chemical imbalance and it will pass. you do not want to react while you are in a depressed state and miss out on all the good things life has in-store for you.

Suicide is never the answer. It sounds like you may suffer from Manic depression. Manic is when your mood has dramatic swings for little or no reason at all. Make an appointment with a Psychiatrist, they are trained to help you.

I'd talk to a doctor if I were you. You could be bi-polar or just depressed. It's not something that is easily solved on your own. Get some help.
