I am the best person for the job simply because I am an eager learner. If I do not know how to preform a certain task I am excited about learning how to do so. Knowledge is power and I am always seeking more knowledge.

(Never stop smiling, but as natural as possible, body language has to be active, look at the eyes but don't stay on them, if more than one person, keep looking at one, then the other, and again, always go back to the one who asked the question)
Well... I could tell you I'm the best because of my experience -well I think my experience is JUST perfect for the job-, I could tell you I'm the best because of my personality -well I think it´s JUST the personality you want for the job. Many people certainly told you so.
I'm the best just because I am SO REALLY motivated. I love [this], [this] and [this] in the company, [that], [that] and [that] about the job. This is REALLY what I have been looking for.
... And look, I want to develop my skills in this, this is not a problem, I'll learn -I learn fast and I want to.

This is just your chance to sell yourself. Before you go into any interview situation, you should have a good idea what sets you apart as a candidate. Write down and rehearse talking about two or there talents and skills.
Here is an example...but make it about you:
"Obviously I don't know the other candidates, and I am sure each of us brings our own unique skills and talents to the table. We all want the job and can contribute. What sets me apart from others is...(insert here...yours: my work ethic, i am a team player, i have worked in this industry and have domain knowledge, etc.
