Absolutely untrue, but first one must know who he/she really is! A comfort level with onesself is essential.

I,also, firmly believe that it is this ability (to be alon without being lonely) makes relationships stronger. The self assurred individual can love without reservation and without expectation.

That's the way I see it anyway!
