Boredom is a product of inactivity. You must challenge yourself with growth: find an activity that you enjoy such as swimming, reading, knitting, sewing, sports, gardening, fishing, perhaps an art course at the local college or go to your local library. There is a world of things to do and keep you busy. Read your scriptures or volunteer your talents at a worthwhile place such as a local elementary school, charity group, etc. This way you will begin to "have a life."
Many people want to be entertained, one can "entertain" oneself in any situation by examining their surroundings: colors, objects, shapes, movement, etc etc etc no matter where you are. One must keep an active mind. I find that there is something to see and examine no matter where I am.

Yes, I am bored but that is why I bring my balls to work. I play with my balls until something better comes up. Hope this helps.
