The iris? of the eye is colored I think it is right? I'm just curious the biological reason. Or even more general question why is the iris colored, the reason for this evolution?

Well.. I was considering deleting this question since many people were such jerks about it but thanks to the few who gave honest serious answers. Dominant gene, that makes the most sense. I'm sorry I'm white and don't live near or know many black people. Blame it on suburbia and fences, or me not making enough eye contact. But, These are the kind of questions you ask to bridge gaps of difference. Believe it or not, I'm probably not the first person to ask this question. I'm sure there's quite a few people out there in a one horse town or who do not know many people outside their race.

Ahh I found a similiar question.. involving hair color instead of eye color which has a very great answer.
