It is 70 bucks that is not that big of a loan, ask your parents, or a friend, or just go work for a day or two.

well i dont know if they give loans for such a small amount of money but my advice to you is to get up and go find a job or two helping someone do things around their house or have a garage sale and seel a few things you dont really need anymore. but if you need the money really fast ask a close friend or relative. but be sure to tell them you can and will pay them back ASAP.

Check into the may "payday" loan companies that are in most towns...Cash Advance America, Check Into Cash, etc. Assuming you are employed, they will front you the money from your next paycheck, then take a cut from it when you are actually paid. Most traditional banks don't deal in loans that small.

The pawn shop, if you have something you can pawn. They will give you a certain specified amount of time to pay back the loan before they decide to sell what you pawned.

what do you look like ...cause i don't give money to "toons"........unless they look like jessica rabbit....and talk like veronica lake!!!!!collaterall is always a factor!!monies are always available to anyone with a decent "business plan"and this would amount to a line of credit in a far more renumerative amount in most cases!!!!!i can provide you with "original artwork" for instance that you could print "en masse" and sell until you tire of the spending!!!i have logotypes and 500 pieces from which you might choose!!:but then you would have to be "entrepreneurial" and "motivated" to improve your condition!!!!
