It is said by the doctors that one should go in for a full check up once every year until the age of 30 and after that on the regular basis of 6 months or as said by hid doctor.But as per your query for the visit to the Gynec ;women should visit them during the age when breast cancer is most probable to happen other wise go once and ask the doc your self how often u should visit..

When ever some female concerns or problems begin. Also, an adult female should see her gyn doc every year for a pap smear. This is very important. Best of luck to you............
