I have an account at SparkPeople.com, and it works pretty well for me. I lost 3 pounds in the first week (this is my first week). You have to say you're 18, though.
b.t.w. IT'S FREE.

(Please take no offence)
Change your eating habits and do some/more routine excercise.
And when I say 'change your eating habits' that means permanently. The only way you're going to drop pounds is by burning more calories per day than you are actually consuming.
And to help burn the calories, you must excercise/work out routinely. Again, this is not a 'quick fix' you must maintain this plan for as long as you want to stay at a lower weight.
If you stop burning the calories, the weight comes back. No way around it.
Don't buy into any miracle pills either. They are all scams.
Also, be prepared to work for this. It's not going to be easy. Losing weight takes time.
I hope this is helpful. :)

When I was 13 I weighed 176 pounds and was picked on a significant amount. It's really hard to be overweight, especially in junior high where people are often just downright mean. I lost most of the weight by grade 10... I weigh 125 pounds now and most of the people who gave me a hard time when I was younger can eat their words. Just diet, watch your calories, and be healthy. Exercise makes a huge difference... and always make yourself happy first.

first of all, excersise, run, walk, jog, jump rope, anything that gets you moving!
second of all, eat right. no more candy and junk, you can have it every once in a while, (and by that i mean every month or so.) and no more fast food. avoid eating foods with too much sugar or fat. but remember to eat all 4 foodgroups. and eat when you're hungary rather than when you're sad, upset, etc.
and heres something to remember, don't try excercise programs or stuff that make you sweat. it makes you lose weight, but only temporarily, and it comes back in a week.
and last of all, you don't have to be skinny to be beautiful. you are beautiful just the way you are.

Start to exercise maybe once in a week and later you can exercise more often. And do not stop eating! If you eat a little every 3 hour you will get skinnier after a while.
I'm sure you'll manage to loose some weight=D

Oh honey, your body is still changing. Just try putting on some music before you go to bed and squeeze in some crunches and jumping jacks. It doesn't take long. Be patient...your time will come. Worry about school more for now.

Have you thought about taking up cycling? It's good exercise and ranked with swimming and walking as a heart healthy activity.

your body is still changing, so anything considering a diet requires a nutritionist and not for deciding for yourself, also the right kind of exercise, the wrong kind (like weights) will just bulk you up and make your muscles more massive, making you seem more massive.
