Recently after having unprotected sex with 20 guys, the upper part of my vagina started to develop pimples. Is there a possibility that I may have an STD or could it just be something that I ate.

Something you ate would affect your mouth/facial region my dear.
You most likely have herpes complex.
I'll save you the lecture....I'm sure enough people are going to do that.
Get to a low cost clinic right away(I assume you do not have insurance). Look in the community / programs section in your phonebook.
I think Planned Parenthood is everywhere.
Of course, do not have unprotected sex with anyone untill you have sorted this out, you do not want to purposely cause other's to have this same problem.

Yeah that's pretty damn nasty. If you were dumb enough to have UNPROTECTED sex with 20 different guys you deserve an STD.

yeah most likely an STD probably genital warts, see a doctor immediately and don't have sex until you know so you don't spread it again

for one thing try to pick your guys better and dont do as many in a short period of time. If you feel you have one go to your gynologist. Could possibly be herpes.
