I always use santizer, I carry it with me everywhere, I have 2 kids and you can't always get them to wash their hands

Hi, Whats the difference between a public restroom and one in your own home? I wash my hands very frequently. 1- when I come out of any restroom. 2- before I eat. 3- when I come inside from outdoors. 4- When I get off a citi bus- I use hand sanitizer.

I'm an equal-opportunity hand-washer. I wash my hands after using a public restroom or a private restroom. The thought that some people don't makes my skin crawl.

Yes, just looking at most public restrooms makes me want to wash my hands. If there is no soap or something like that in the restroom, I use hand sanitizer. I would feel way to dirty to touch anything if I didn't.

I wash my hands after using ANY restroom. I don't touch doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, public phones, shopping carts, I use my foot to flush the toilet, I carry sanitizer spray and hand sanitizer. Sometimes I wash my hands so much they are raw. It's a problem.
Besides, you may touch something in that washroom that somebody with s**t all over their hands had touched & you don't wash your hands, then you go and eat say, a sub. Yummy.
My kids are just as bad as me. My youngest daughter won't even go into a public restroom. They wash their hands and if they accidentally touch something, they wash again.

oh my god yes. I've seen too many shows where they test the germs in the bathroom in your OWN HOME and found some crazy sh**...so heck yeah i'm washing my hands when i use a public restroom.

Definately!!! I see a lot of women use the public restroom and not wash their hands so I am SURE they don't do it at home either. EEEWWWW!!!

OMG, YES!! I was surprised to find out that several ppl don't!! YUCK! It's kinda crazy not to wash your hands!!

I try to, but outhouses at parks/campgrounds usually don't have a place to wash your hands.
