I work at home as a medical transcriptionist, LOVE my job... so I randomly get on here and it's pretty addicting, so I'm curious as to what other people do for their job and if your bosses have any idea or are lots of you at home like me?? and why don't they have a category like "miscellaneous" for this to fit in?

I wanted to become a transcriptionist, but people all converged upon me and warned that the profession was to be replaced by automated systems- That was years and years ago. Obviously they were wrong, LOL. Right now I'm a pharmacy assistant. I hate because it's such an unpredictable day. No day ever goes by without some sort of problem to sort. Yet, I have consolidated everything, and so I only work 2 to 3 days a week. That's how I'm on here.

I have a unstable working career/lifestyle because i can not obtain control of Money/Power/Wealth for myself and the majority of legal citizen in USA! I hate the corporate ruling class and our form of phony representative government! I believe if America is too lead the world we have to take pride in our own people first! Not to allow the very few have control over Money/Power/Wealth, i am for majority rule not mob or clan rule or "The ruling class".The type of control the reference is in would be that of which the U.S. Congress currently has, they tell U.S. treasury when and how much to print! also the federal reserve board on where to distribute! This is why it is next to impossible to reach the majority that need it the most, to gain true majority control over what succeeds and what needs not to exist! Occasionally i find time to attend this addiction myself mostly for the political aspect.

Software Engineer. In between large projects I surf the web a bit. After working a few 60 hour weeks for the big projects I think I earn a little Internet time.

I'm an editor and customer service relations manager at a very small company. I'm at the computer all day, and usually I just take a 5 minute break now and then to answer questions. It helps me re-focus on the main tasks.
