We the human beings have different qualities in terms of physical strength, beauty, mental power, and sizes etc. However we are all human beings. Why should not we have almost equal wages? Why we allow exploiting our unfortunate brothers and sisters who were less physical strength or brain? Educated or uneducated or strong or weak all of they have been used their full energy of their job but they got different wages. So what do you think?

It sounds to me like you are advocating communism where it doesn't matter what you do, or how well you do it or how hard you work, everyone is given the same.
Communism failed because, if you can work very hard and make the same wages as someone who does just enough to get by, then the hard worker will do less and less until they are doing the same amount of work.
But, when people are given more money for having more education and/or working harder then there is an incentive to work hard and produce more.
While I don't think a professional athlete is worth 5 million a year that is mostly because I am not one and not making that much.
Therefore I believe your premise is false and do not support your idea.

You've got a good point if dealing with theory, but in reality, not everyone uses their abilities to their potential. There are drug users, alcholics and just flat out slackers running around. Even wage distribution would reward lack of effort. It's competition that brings out the best in most people and the competition, right now, is for the higer wages. Plus, it's human nature for us to want to see people perform in ways we can only dream of. That's why we're so willing to pay such high prices for athletic events, theater, concerts, etc. As long as we're willing to pay, they will be willing to take more money.
