you're absolutely correct. men look at them as being acceptable because the women are not completely nude. And also, there are more movie reviews, columns, etc. within it, that is an added excuse to why men like it.
truly, its the women, though.

Some guys really looking at women without all their parts hanging out everywhere. They like how they look barely clothed. Its intriguing not to see everything already splayed out.
