Everytime I press the X button, it sticks.

Get a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol. Don't drench the whole q-tip, but just enough to dampen it. try and clean around the X and get in there. Could be you got something in there. Wait until it dries off.. if it doesn't work, then your controller just may have seen it's final days :(

I had to fix mine but i don't recommend it at all. I spilled syrup when i was eating breakfast (a word to the wise eating and playing video games dint mix well) and spilled all over my controller, so i took it apart right away and with a rag and alcohol it came off, i soaked the outside casings and then put it back together, now it works OK, it just smells like maple sugar.

you may have worne out the rubber under your button so you may have to get an new one or if your cofedint in your techy skills take it apart and clean it with a q-tip like some one befor me said.

Get a new one. If it sticks now it will stick again even if you clean it.

ughhh... either take the time to open it and solving the problem or
throe it out go to your local game store and buy a new one only
loke 10$

mine used to do it. the best thing is to get another one. i am sorry but mine did it for the longest time and i tried to fix it. there may be a way but i am not sure what it would be. sorry.
