I dont know about country, but as for my taste, i think hispanic - latino women are the most beautiful women in the world.

Brazil baby!!!!! but it all depends on your preference. Also Brazil has pretty much everything light skinned to dark and all in between dark hair to light and they speak Portuguese which is the language that I speak ... if you plan on going there, go to Rio De Jenero. BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
