I want to major in Literature and English. I also want to be able to take creative writing classes. But most of all i want to go to a college where there are lots of artsy people, dancers, poets, artists, writers, etc. Please help

the University of North Carolina at Wilmington - the school is near the beach, has a great arts program, lots of stuff to do, a forest on campus, the list goes on. :)

Well it matters how far away you want to be from home (and how far your parents will let you go) as well as what you can afford.
If you could afford it, and want to, NY would be an ideal place to meet lots of artsy people, etc.
BUT...
Any college will have that group of people... so look around where you are, and schedule lots of college visits and begin to see where you feel at home.
