NTLDR is the boot loader of windows os xp or later

so try to install windows again
and thts all

ntldr is a boot error message,check your floppy drive for discs and also use safe mode to start up and try a system restore ,you can do this in safe mode

Chances are, if you are seeing this, either your computer is trying to boot from the wrong drive (do you have a floppy in the drive? How about a flash drive (USB key)?), or your HD is corrupted.

Never fear - chances are, if it happens to be the hard drive, that the data is still recoverable - it would have to be pretty catastrophic for the data to truly be lost, though is can certainly happen...

That is your bootloader for windows. It stands for NT Loader. I don't think you will really need it unless you have windows installed more than once.
