The current one

- ignored warnings of Al Quaida using airplanes to attack buildings

- started a war with Iraq, a country that had nothing to do with 9-11, had no WMDs, and had no way of attacking us.

- invaded Iraq with no plan to keep the peace in that country and no plan to get our soldier out.

- turned a budget surplus into a deficit, and in 5 years more than doubled the national debt. Bush's admin has increased the debt by more than all previous admins COMBINED

- cut funding for Veterans programs, during a time when they are needed most

- authorized spying on US Citizens without a warrant, in clear violation of the 4th amendment

- has taken more vacation days than any other president in history. the previous record holder, Reagan, included time spent in the hospital after being shot.

Grant in my mind was the worst. Not only did he stay drunk most of the time and abused those people around him he abused his office by selling contracts, accepting graft all while the states were in the process of Reconstruction after the war between the states. He may of been a great military general but as a president he was lacking. The people he surrounded himself with was also a very bad choice. I'm a white male that's 61 and lives in PA Over the years I've touched on all the presidents and Grant was a scoundrel and scallywag to use the terminology of his day.

If your point is that Democrats are jokes you would be correct! But they are by no means humorous! Wilson “gave” America W.W.1, the Federal Reserve, and the start to personal income taxes. F.D.R. “gave” America W.W.2, established personal income taxes, and a large push down the socialist slide. Carter “gave” away the canal, and American integrity, Gave America the worst economy since the Great Depression. And what jokes can be garnered at the expense of the Clinton administration? The only Speaker of the House (also a dem) imprisoned for crimes in office, and the first elected president impeached for perjury in the history of the Republic. The Largest Tax Increase ever in American. He GAVE missile guidance technology to China, and the reactors and nuclear material to N. Korea which they pretend to threaten the world with today.
I understand your dilemma, liberal, socialist; democrats are a threat to our republic and are indeed no laughing matter.

one in each and every of the different respondants mentions Harding and that is always an effective candidate extreme on maximum lists yet concentrating on the suitable (and the glaring) George Bush by technique of an anstronomical margin... in spite of the indisputable fact that... Obama (i'm positive for extremely distinct causes than you may enumerate) is amazingly immediately shaping up for skill to shatter all previous criteria of length, no longer because he's allegedly (and incorrectly categorized) 'liberal', no longer because of any action, concept or coverage, yet because he's a hollow, indecisive, virtually mute and sedentary hood ornament, and a coward and not using a concept or opinion, incapable of ascertain, dedication or action. Bush is the worst so a procedures because each and everything he did became incorrect. Obama shows awesome skill to be even worse than that because he doesn't actually have the middle or experience to do some thing incorrect. He ought to preside over the cave in of civil society and yet nevertheless finish his time period having performed no longer ONE decisive action (except you count number ocassional hollow offended bluster in a public address as an 'action'). CURT J, you virtually desire for Carter? i am going to ascertain that guess and raise you one. Obama -- god help me!! -- has me virtually wishing for the coolest previous days of George Bush! (Mike, Netanyahu became under no circumstances a president of the United Sta-... oh... i'm getting it...)

M, 37, mix, CA

George W by far; first HE WAS NOT ELECTED, HE WAS APPOINTED by his father and Reagans buddies in the Supreme Court; he did not have the popular vote

He was the first President to launch our country in a non-provoked war; it was based on bogus claims and non-existent information; we still have not found any WMD nor Al Quida links. So over 2500 (so far) soldiers died, 20000 injured, and over 30000 innocent Iraq civilians have died for Exxon, Mobil, Shell, BP.

He chides Putin for not being more democratic, but spys on his own citizens telephone calls, internet surfing, library books, financial records, and so forth. He creates a climate of constant fear in order to bend the will of the people for his own gain.

Oh yeah ,I almost forgot (much like the President), do you want to move to New Orleans?

Still, there will always be 'true believers' who will support Bush no matter what. Funny, these are the same people who wanted to practically crucify Carter over high gasoline prices alone; ah......nearing $4 towards end of summer....

While youre at it, look up our countries national debt and trade deficit. Yes, fiscal conservativism at its best.

Bush indeed sux

Bill Clinton is the worst. About 20 years from now they will tell you why. But now they fight and lie about Bush to get back into power. I didn't hear you complaining about Clinton's many wars or his daily bombing of Iraq when he was prez. Clinton's national and world policies hurt our country in a bad way, remember gas prices were jumping in his last term and continue to climb. But you don't remember any of that with your 2 day memory span.

I disagree with "Who me". Bush 41 was a vastly superior President to Bush 43. In fact, I sometimes wonder whether the whole point to the Bush-43 Presidency isn't to make Dad look smart.

Wow, way to be cliche and not think outside of recent history, you douchebags. "OMG LOL BUSH IS DUMB LOLZ!!!1!!"

Now for a serious answer, from someone who has actually studied history in school...

Herbert Hoover. Man, that guy was such a failure. He didn't do anything about the Depression. I mean, the Hawley-Smoot Tariff Act? Come ON.

The last five republicans. Bush Jr, Bush, Regan, Ford, Nixon, and a democrat Lyndon Johnson. Needless wars, watergate, kennedy scandal, gas prices due to Bush and Cheney, economic nongrowth, cost of living, taxes, the list is endless.
