take Motrin it also slows your bleeding that's what a doctor told me anyway it worked for me but you got to take it every 6 hours regularly it worked for me

Exercise, take a light jog around the block everyday. But definitely make sure to drink a lot of water. Good luck!

I've heard lots of water is good, but can't promise anything.
I always had wicked cramps until i went on the pill..

My doctor said to do sit ups the week before getting your period and also to avoid any salty foods. That's the best advice I can give you.

drink plenty of fluids like water & gaterade and work out the more active you are the less likely you are to have cramps

I do a preemptive strike and start taking Ibuprofen or Tylenol what ever you are not allergic too and start taking it before my period starts...

don't have a lot of caffeine, get lots of rest, drink water, and exercise. if you still get cramps, put a hot pack on your stomach or lower back, drink a lot of water, exercise, and sleep.
