The reviews on it are good. However after 30 days some features will be turned off if you don't pay. But a free version will continue to run. Shouldn't have any conflicts.

It's an antispyware scanner. Since merging with Grisoft (makers of AVG antivirus) a new scanner v4.0 is available. I've found it easier to use and configure than the previous version, 3.5. It won't cause a conflict with your antivirus, and even after the 30 days when the resident protection is disabled, you can still update it and use it as an on-demand scanner to check downloaded files as it integrates into the the explorer right-click menu. Well worth having a look at.

it's an antispyware, limited period trial version only.
i strongly recommend Spyware Terminator 1.4 from download.com; it offers real time protection, regular updates, and it's absolutely free! I,ve been to Spybot S&D, AdAware, Spyware Doctor, Spyware Blaster, etc. but nothing beats this free antispyware.
I'm also recommending an additional free antispyware program, Windows Defender from microsoft.com
cheers!

It is an anti-spyware that is especially good at detection and removal of trojans. It will not conflict with your A-V.
