Well you probably have an ATI brand or Nvidia branded graphics card. You can get the latest drivers for one or the other from www.ati.com or www.nvidia.com. Download the drivers, run the installation package and restart.

how does bombhaus know what card you have?
You must identify the video card (plug in pc board) you have in your computer. You may have to remove it to do this. It may be available from the literature supplied with your computer.
Each manufacturer has a web site that "normally" has available the latest driver for their cards. You have to look in the downloads section or support section of the website.
Quite frequently I just enter the board number (only) into a search engine and normally the right site pops up in the selections found.
Once you find the driver on the right site you select download and place the driver in an area on your computer hard drive where you can find it once the download is complete.
These are usually executable files. All you have to do is click on them and follow the directions.
You should look for someone that has been through this before to help you.

well first u need to check in the device manager or windows update might have it, u need to know what model it is, then right click my computer and go to properties and then choose hardware and device manager and then find the video adapter right click it and update driver, if that doesnt work go to microsoft.com then click the downloads screen or support page and the click drivers all on the left side of the page, u can also go to the manufacturers website, where u got the computer from, and see if they have driver downloads or go to the video card website and download the drivers from there

Do you know what make or model video card you have? do you have the original packing slip that came with the PC? if not you will have to open the machine up itself. Normally you would be able to go into Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager>Display Adapters to see the info, but its probably showing "Standard VGA Display Adapter" or something to that sort. Is the machine a Dell? If so, look on the pc to find the service tag #, and go to www.dell.com, enter your service tag, and you can download the correct driver you need based on your computer model and OS version.
