You can't make her grow up but you can walk away with the negatives of the friendship outweighs the positives. Just cut her loose.

you're not from now on on my own dude, distinctive each and every individual is shy for quite some causes. i'm a very shy guy by technique of nature and it took some time and attempt to conquer it (usually besides!). ignore about your enamel, stuttering, and so on. instead purely delight in the prompt to second journey of socializing and putting out with acquaintances or individuals. If it facilitates remind your self about your good characteristics. human beings look to love you the way you're so roll with that. once you're having difficulty enticing conversations talk about things you're quite into or banter about basic situation way for better casual conversations (videos, activities, the common stuff...).
