Is it normal?Is there any herbal remedy to remove the hair

normal....don't use anything to remove hair on a child herbal or not...

She is still to young to know for sure if it might be a problem with hormones and such. Usually you have to wait until your child has reached puberty to test her hormone levels.
It might be something as simple as genetics though. Middle Eastern, Hispanics and Souther Europeans peoples tend to have more hair than other ethinical groups. Do you have any ancestors with either of these backgrounds?
Even at her young age the only ways to remove hair are shaving, waxing, or depilatory creams. I think laser hair removal is a bit much for a five year old.
I have never heard of any herbal remedy to remove hair. The most natural way is also one of the most painful...by sugaring the hair. Which is similar to waxing without the hot temperature.
I'd advise you to use a cotton ball and apply some peroxide water on her upper lip and let her stay in the sun until the hair is bleached. This won't hurt her and should be fairly safe on her skin.

Your baby girl should lose the hair above her lip when she reaches puberty and her estrogen increases. Don't worry about this when she is at such a young age.

Well maybe she has some sort of disease or something
or maybe it's a jean from either mother or father or ask a

That is totally normal and removing it will only make it thicker as it grows back do please don't do that to the poor kid.
