Won't sync. PC recognizes that Palm is connected via USB, but Palm freezes when I hit sync... Any help???

Still won't sync. What can I do? I'm lost w/o my pda. I can enter info into it, but can't sync w/ my pc. Don't want to risk losing everything... Scared witless!!!

The Tungsten E has an SD slot that accepts SD cards. Simply buy a backup software for the Palm and back it up to your SD card. If you do not want to buy backup software and an SD card, you may do a Soft Reset (soft will not delete your data), and see if that helps. I would err on the side of caution and buy the backup software and SD card (you may also get a backup SD card that is readily available). Good luck!

I would first check the battery life, make sure it's full. Also make sure the stuff that is being transferred is safe, with no corrupt files.
