Yes, Israel is doing the right thing. Are they trying to eliminate Hezbollah?? I don't think their goal is the eliminate it, if it was I'm sure they coudl have done it faster and sooner. Hezbollah and the countries that aid it have provoked these attacks by their actions. The kidnapping of Israeli soldiers provoked all this. Hezbollah is trying to start a war, they are not happy unless they are stirring up trouble. The region and the world would be a much better place if Hezbollah, it's leaders and all that aid them were no longer around. The region might then return to its glory days, it woudl be a rebirth, and the money would come flowing in for all its residents. Lebanon could once again be the Las Vegas of the Middle East. The country coudl be rebuilt , no more slums, new homes built, new business centers, hotels, resorts..the possibilities would be endless.

Yes, if the Syrians can be kept out of Lebanon. We can reasonably be concerned about Syrian involvement in the present mess, in part because most of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction are now in Syrian hands. I doubt that Syria would use them, however; not only would Syria receive international condemnation, but Syrian forces are probably not trained in their use.

I honestly beleive that if anyone kidnapped my troops, and I found whoever was responsible they would pay the ultimate price regardless. I am a man who believes in God. I think that I can respect all people but if I am disrespected , and I am able to make them answer, first I will pray, and the bomb them. I would not bomb indiscriminately, but, bomb I would.
