Of course they do !!! They pay money to the families of their imbecile repugnant "martyrs"......
Hold on... Did you mean why they don't *help* (like in schools, water, infrastructure, education, humanitarian relief, etc...)???? Why should they? Europe and the US will do it.
WASHINGTON, April 9 (UPI) -- The Saudi Arabian government has paid out at least $33 million to families of Palestinians killed or injured in the 17-month-old intifada and in December 2001 earmarked another $50 million for the payments, according to Arabic news agencies and the Saudi Embassy's Web site

Saudi Arabia is on record as being critical of Hezbollah for starting this whole recent incident. This kind of Arab-to-Arab criticism, especially from the Saudis, is unprecedented. Why did they make the statement?
The Saudi royal family has one big fear: being toppled by an Islamic revolution. (Egypt has the same fear.) The Saudi government is trying to bad mouth Islamic terror organizations like Hezbollah and Hamas to send a signal that may be interpretted this way: if it is willing to break ranks and criticize outside Islamic organizations, imagine what its willing to do should one of its internal Islamic groups start a revolution.
In Egypt they have gone to great lengths to outlaw the Egyptian Islamic Brotherhood (of which Hamas is an offshoot of sorts). The Saudis are more inclined to bribe their own internal religious leaders to keep the peace. In both cases they will go to great lengths to head off Islamic revolutions inside and near their own borders.
This doesn't directly address why the Saudis aren't doing more for Palestine and Lebanon but since both are basically run by Islamic terrorist organizations (Hamas and Hezbollah, respectively) I think you can get some idea why the Saudis are reluctant to pitch in.

Up until recently The US has been the primary customer for the export that their entire economy depends on, oil. Although Arab sentiment against Israel is quite high, they have a vested interested in keeping their customer happy.
Unfortunately, with China's economy growing like it is the US (Israel's most influential ally) is rapidly losing clout. I believe that this is one of the reasons we have been seeing much less stability in the region of late.

Saudi Arabia has a defensive armed force only.
They use money for their offensive battles.

it might secretly like iran is alleged to do. but i certainly hope that none of the other middle eastern countries will get involved unless its to put a complete stop to the violence. if a country like s.a, iran or syria were to join, it would probably be an all out war, esp. if iran has nukes

It doesn't make sense politically or economically to go against the US directly and support these nations. Especially when we are one of the largest consumers of their primary export.
