He is 10 times lighter than us but his muscles are 100 times stronger. His muscle tissue vibrates at a fast rate. His feet produce a solar energy thrust that gives him the lift that he needs.

None based on the principle that an equal reaction is generated in an opposite direction to the desired one. For example, if Superman were to fly around the world (he has no aeirons for control) the force of his launch would destroy any ordinary material he might be standing on.

Thus, he cannot have any flying power, even theoretically.

He's from Krypton. I may suggest that you relax from watching too many movies, they are not true representations of reality. However, he does not fly, he is able to negate gravity at will, coming from a planet with gravity greater than that of earth, he merely floats, and can alter his direction. As you may have seen, he can go from a stand still to whatever speed he wishes, just by wanting to. For any further information, call 1-800-KRYPTON
By the way, the original comic author of Superman, was from Toronto, where I live now, and we don't fly either.

Its the Earth's yellow sun while Krypton had a red sun I believe. Like if you or I ended up on a planet with a white or blue sun (hotter), we'd have the same powers. He's stronger, can fly etc. It probably has to do with gravity, but I don't think it can really happen.

Well, he'd need some sort of a controlled outside force, like telekinesis. Maybe he's cooler than even he thought, but the only thing he's figured out how to lift is himself!

Now about these laser eyes?

His mind unconsciously reacts with the earth's magnetic field to attract and repel himself in various directions.

I don't know, I just made that up.

I do know that he originally could not fly, he merely leaped great distances.

He somehow developed his flying power.

Later.
