yes, you can get warts if you touch a person with the virus and then touch yourself. crabs and lice are the same time too. and if you share a dildo and use it right away, that isn't safe for other std's

I guess if your fingernails are dirty it can cause infection, especially if you cut yourself down there. I'm just guessing though.....But other than that, I don't see how else you can get an infection or disease from masterbating.
