You can't "change" your email address. You can delete an account, usually or let it expire.
Regardless you can register for a new account for free through many services:
http://www.gmail.com
Many cool features includes IM. It allows you to do a Google search thru your e-mails.

AOL now gives free email with their IM service
http://www.netscape.com
Netscape has been around for awhile

I saw your post about 3 times now..
I'm really not sure why your trying to change it
but even if you can
It would be better to just create another one.
If your e-mail provider doesn't have any instructions on how to change them
...they probably don't have any modifications to e-mail adress.
you could contact them directly and ask
but it really is better off just creating a new one.
