Have a humorousness and take it as a praise. He called you that because you're wonderful. Theres no way he may call you that in case your are not from now on over weight. understand that creampuffs are creamy.

If he's afriend, ask him how he meant it. If he starts stammering, he may have meant it as an insult, and didn't think you'd come back on him. If he just tells you in an easy manner that it was an attempt at saying something else, then you're ok.

I would just laugh, its more of a pet name not an insult. We own a moving company and I have a tendency to call our workers who are slacking, MUFFIN.

it all depends on what context he used the word. it most instance it would be a compliment a term of endearment, the guy realy likes you.

"creampuff" connotes with "warm/fuzzy"....the alternative is "cold/prickly"....it IS a compliment.
