Depends on your description of decent. Is decent minimum wage? In general, you are only going to get lower paying jobs ($7 or less an hour) because you have no skills to bring to the table and the job will be a non-specialty job that anyone can walk in and do. This ability for anyone to do the job drives the pay rate down because there is a large supply of workers so they don't have to give a competitive wage to fill the position.

Well, truth be told, there just aren't that many decent paying jobs out there that don't require some sort of experience. You might want to work on your spelling, though, just to improve your chances.
