does this normally happen in san andreas (pc)?

Question

ok this is a 2 part question any answer to any of the 2 would be great.
1) i have been looking for a cheeath in san andreas for a while and i cant seem to find one i drive around and all i see is lowriders in the grove area and in the other parts of the city lowriders and crap cars like manana and prima and all the other crap cars like that. is it normal or is my game screwed .it happens with a lot of nice cars eg. comit infernus super gt and all the others i can never find them
ps. i havnt unlocked any other islands yet just los santos

2)when im in the country side there is very few cars. and when my car blows up or somthing i can never find another. when i do find one its allways a rancher and not just 1 but about 5 ranchers all on the road. is this normal or is it because i havnt unlocked that part yet (the bridges are blocked to it i got over by swiming)

DON'T WORRY!
1)This is normal.You can't find sport cars in Ganton,Jefferson
& east coast of Los Santos.(In fact you'll find these cars in RICH
streets!) If you're still in Los Santos, try the west area, near the
Ammunation & Verona beach, there you can find ZR-350, &
nice cars like that.As you unlock the other cities, especially
Las Venturas,you'll see cool cars all around yourself!!
(The fact is=expensive cars are in->rich areas!)

2)This one's normal too!
There are not much cars in the countryside (not even sports!)
And RANCHER is the car that you will going to see several
times in country & desert.
When your car blows up run ahead then suddenly look back
& you should see some cars. (I think that's the natural part of this game, because in real life when you see a car burning, you'll
gonna run,no? So it's usual seeing no cars around!!!)
