You can file a complaint, and if you have their contact information, you can try to sue them for your money back, but in general, you can't do much to get it back.

Ebay has this information on their guidelines-
They say that the first thing you should do is attempt to contact the seller via email. If you get no response after a couple of days, Ebay will provide you with their personal contact information and you will be able to write or call the seller.
If you get no response you can then have your money refunded. If you made the payment through paypal you can see if the payment was collected or if it is still in the system. Ebay also secures you for up to $300 if the seller took the payment and ran off or if you happened to pay the seller by check.
Most times if you are still waiting for an item there is a good reason why the seller has not sent it and it could very well be possible that it would be resolved through email.
One thing that you have to be careful of, however, is that if you have spam filters on your email, you might not be aware that the seller is attempting to contact you.
Read all of the guidelines on ebay and you will have more clarity regarding this issue.

You try to contact the seller to work it out. Then you complain to ebay, and ebay will send a threatening notice to the seller. You can leave bad feedback. Check out the ebay site for assistance with this.
Also, if you paid through Paypal they should be able to help you as well.

If you paid with paypal, then paypal can take the money back out of the seller's account and give you the money back. If you didnt pay with paypal, then contact ebay directly.

That exact same thing happened to me! If you paid for it through paypal, report it to them, and they will do an "investigation". Either way, report it to eBay. I didn't ever get my money back because the b*tch closed all her accounts. Hope you have better luck than I did!

File a complaint through ebay. If you paid through Paypal, also file a complaint through them. Paypal transactions are guaranteed, so you can get your money back.

report it to ebay, There is a place to fill out reports and they check it out. They can and will take them off ebay. Depending on what it is, you can also file a police report in your city.

File a complaint with e-bay, and they may be able to get some recourse for you from the seller. At worst, they can revoke the seller's privileges to sell again on e bay.
