Fortunately, you don't need to make that decision right away, as the pre-engineering courses for both disciplines are the same. However, what usually differentiates electrical engineers from mechanical engineers is what they find interesting. For example, most electrical engineers enjoy the quantum mechanic equations associated with electron flow, yet mechanical engineers usually abhor such equations. On the other hand, mechanical engineers enjoy dynamic questions, while electrical engineers can't stand such equations.

Hence, for the roughly 2 years that you'll spend in going through pre-engineering courses, you'll have time to determine which category you fall into.

properly this style of query isn't elementary to respond to. It has more suitable to do with what a human being likes to do and is sturdy at. in my opinion, i have self belief Civil Engineering is more suitable useful because it really is amazingly large and varied such that it covers maximum aspects of human infrastructural progression previous to those different fields. that is tricky and require unique techniques everytime, and through this field, there isn't any replace for experience in besides. The nicer area is that you in all likelihood can be employed in countless sectors of the commercial equipment.

What kind of job do you want? Try asking the faculty of the school you will be going to what kind of jobs you can get in each area.
