why do a lot of older teens flash their booty and their breasts all over the net while dancing to the song in the trunk. should the internet be rated R by just that factor alone?

it's kinda tough these days to keep anyone from viewing whatever they want. the only sure way of keeping porn off your computer is by going out and buying special software for it so that it can filter out most porn sites. Even then, there will always be new ones popping up daily with unexpected results from a search engine.

Anyhow the movie Titanic was a good dram rama movie. In most countries, breasts and the female body for that matter are seen as a beautiful work of art. That's what they were trying to portray in the movie Titanic. If you caught the storyline of the character Leonardo Decaprio played as. He drew nude models. that was his occupation. Nothing wrong with that at all. No one should judge a person that does that today either.

If you feel you weren't mature enough to see it in that fashion or anyone else complaining about it's content, maybe you shouldn't have watched it. They figured everyone has seen a set of breasts, and really should not be considered a big deal, especially in the fashion that particular scene was displayed in.

Hi Chloe, I guess it depends on the parent, but I thought since Rose was being drawn, the nudity wasn't as inappropriate. I take my younger sibs to museums a lot, and there's way more nudity there! I do think some of the love scenes were a little much for a kid though... and you're 12, so did you watch it with a parent or were they okay with you watching it on your own? :o)

I think that it is normal for a 13 year old to have seen a naked woman by that age. Pretty sure he saw you naked before-by accident or not. But that's why it's called "PARENTAL GUIDANCE-UNDER 13". You have to watch it with them and censor their eyes on certain parts. But Titanic? Come on now. Rose wasn't that naked now was she? LOL & Be Good..

Funny thing about our culture... a man shows his chest and no one cares... a woman shows hers and it's all the rage. You'll find plenty of PG-13 movies that show women's breasts and the tushes of both sexes. It's when you start getting strongly sexually suggestive and showing more private parts that gets the R rating.

becuase the nudity was in the context of art, not sex.

why can't people get over the fact that nudity in and of itself is not a bad thing!

I'd rather have my son see a naked woman than some of the violence and other crap in PG-13 movies.

That's WHY it was rated PG-13 --- in PG-13 movies you can show nudity, have drugs / alcohol, and bad language. You should have known that it was going to have it. NC-17 is REALLY bad stuff.

Lots of PG-13 movies show boobies. That's why there's a 13 in the name. Trust me, he's seen them before, he'll see them again. If you make him think its bad and wrong, he'll just want to see more.

It's a drawing. There is a real person who got drawn and since it's only a drawing it's okay. They cant show the real person naked or it would be r but it's a DRAWING

Attitudes like this about the nude human form are what will warp his ideas about sex.
Worry about porn and violence.
A naked breast isn't going to corrupt him.
