well i went running yesterday and when i woke up this morning everything hurt. i stretched out everything besides my thighs, because i dont know how ive tried alot of things, asked my mom, and my sister... i need help!!!

is it the front or back of your thighs?

for the front, stand on one foot (lean aganst a wall if you need to), lift your leg behind you, grab your toe and pull. you should feel it right abover your knee

for the back, sit on the ground with your legs extended in front of you. place your hands under your knees or calfs and lean forward as far as you can.
next - keep you left leg straight, lift up your right leg and put your right foot on the left of your left knee. now twist your upper body to the right, put your left elbow against your right knee, and push. if you do it right, you can feel it in your thighs and lower back.

stand on one leg and pull the other one up torwards your butt with your hand and hold it for a while.
