Population Control, usually the poorer part of the population.
If politicians didn't start wars to keep us at each others throats we would turn on them and kill them all because they are the true enemy, blacks, whites, jews, arabs, mexicans whaever we are all just trying to survive it is the rich with too much money and time that stirs up the hatred among us.
So let's turn our anger to those that truly deserve it.

Umm....for killing the people that want to kill you. For stopping evil people from killing other innocent people. War sucks, but diplomacy has never worked (War for Independence, Civil War, WW1, WW2, Korean War, Vietnam, cold war, Gulf War, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc.).
There will always be evil people in the world, and unfortunately, the only way to get rid of them is to kill them.
