Cause (like in Britain) when it gets hot its extremely hot and people moan when it rains cause it messes up your new hairdo. Well it always rains everytime i visit the hair dresser! ummm come to think of it that is weird! surely !

i think people moan when its sunny because there body cannot handle the intense heat and becuase of this they get irratated.
When it rains peeple cannot go out and also rain is very depressing. Hope this answer helps

It's the unique English gene. And I think even if you're not born in England if you live here more than two weeks you "inherit" it.
It's funny that we moan about seasonal weather, yet don't give a toss about global climate change.
