If it were me I would do both if I could afford it. If I could only afford one I would probably tan durning the summer and get my teeth done in the winter. You would look pretty funny in a bathing suite all pasty white with no tan but your teeth would look great if anyone was looking at your teeth. See in the winter you wear pants so everyone will be looking at your smile.

teeth whitened...unless you're using a tanning salon, the uv rays are bad for u.

well i would say u should definitely get ur teeth done ---- fresh smiles are enchanting to watch..... the other way round --- definitely not 'fetching'............
and a tan can be acquired easily if u do a bit of 'soaking up the sun' --- as they say ---- but for calculated hrs(remember not to overdo it.........skin can get badly burnt which is definitely anything but attractive and painful too...!!)

i say teeth whitened. remember tanning will hurt your skin.it will show up when you start to get older.

teeth and a fake tan. jergens has this lotion called Natural Glow that is a gradual fake tan, and it actually looks real! much better for you.
