here is the thing i got approved for an apartment because i have good rental history. i wanted to do the right thing and add my boyfriend as an occupant they denied him because of a judgement of 600 dollars can he pay that and be allowed as an occupant

Impossible to answer unless you know the laws where you are from. In some places, no matter what you pay, once the eviction is set, there is nothing you can do.

It will look good for him if he pays off that judgment. I'm sure they will then allow him as an occupant however your security deposit will either be one and a half or twice the normal deposit amount. It all depends on the landlord. You could try talking with them, explain what you are trying to do and see if it's worth your time. However, if he's listed as an occupant, not a tenant then they shouldn't have pulled his credit to begin with. Normally credit is only pulled for those signing the lease. Good luck

Depending on their guidlines as to their rules and sometimes because you have been evicted their requirements are for you to pay a larger amount of a deposite elsewhere when the agencies search your rental /ownership history. To the truth of the matter is that if you owe one that can't stop you from moving. The way to do this is to get an affidavit and an notorized notifications to state that you are in the process of paying or that your have paid your debts. Take a copy to your new landlord for them to keep it on file and keep one for yourself in case it was to arrise again, you have proof that it was done and you won't be liable for past billls that will increase your payments on your deposits in a different place.

It depends on the apartment community. I used to be an Apartment Leasing Consultant and if someone was evicted from our apartment or any other apartment then we would not let them move back in. An eviction shows many things and it goes against your credit rating. Apartments usually aren't willing to fall for the same mistake twice.

Also, just like Choc krys says, if they do let you, then your deposit is going to be very high.

It all depends on the rental agency or landlord.
Due to the eviction, you may be required to pay an additional security deposit. In addition, you may even be denied housing due to being a "high risk" or due to having a bad credit check.

Sometimes if you explain the situation that resulted in your eviction to the rental company or landlord, they may be willing to assist you. If they are still unwilling to work with you, it may be wise to visit with an attorney to discuss what your legal options are.
