I would have to say that Limited Too, Justice, Abercrombie and Fitch, Roxy, Ross, Macys, Mervyn's, Kohls, and Baby Phat are the best clothing stores that are out there.

You can find fantastic clothes in thrift stores, at yard sales, consignment shops & charity outlets. Sometimes stuff still has the tag on it.
