Have a ply.voyager.close to 2000,000 mi.Smells like pistons are scorching.What additive can I use to give me a couple more monthes before I shoot it?

Tried mobile 1 synthetic,took a trip to maryland from new jersey,think thats when problems started.

First I'd switch to pure synthetic oil like Mobil one. It will be worth every penny.

Try a fully synthetic motor oil formulated for high mileage engines. Also try STP oil treatment or equivalent.
