Newt Gingrich has argued that we are in World War III right now:

So the question is whom can we depend on as allies, who can we assuredly say are our foes, and of the rest, whom is leaning which way?
No-brainers:
Britain, Japan, Israel - allies
Iran, North Korea, Syria, terrorist organizations - enemies
The rest is not clear. Here are my admittedly-underinformed opinions:
Most of Europe would likely stand with us, despite any misgivings they might have about the War in Iraq or the current Administration. Terrorist strikes over the last few years by foreigners in several European countries likely assure that.
There are many predominantly-Muslim countries that could swing against us, the most worrisome being Indonesia. Jordan and Egypt are allies for now, but the current governments are in trouble. South America is experiencing an upsurge in anti-U.S. sentiments as well. And China and Russia remain dangerous wild-cards with past ties to the current Iranian regime.
Overall, however, I wouldn't be surprised to see most of the uninvolved countries do whatever they can to not get involved. I'm not convinced we can depend on any of them except Britain and Israel (and our unequivocal support of Israel is what will drag us into escalating combat.)

I'm not gonna state the obvious...but i know what you're asking
England, Germany, Australia, India, Iraq, Japan, Israel, and I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Italy will be for us.
Iran, Syria, Lebanon (Hezbollah), Indonesia, and North Korea (luckily Afghanistan and Iraq do not have a chance to be against us)
France and Russia will not be with us but militarily won't be against us
China is the wild card.

Allies = associates, helpers,
alias = an assumed or false name, usually used to hide one's identity for illegal purposes.
Now, for your question: no one can answer that. It would depend on the circumstances, and who the "enemy" might be.
Edit: For Smitty down there: ALIBI ---an excuse, an explanation that you were somewhere else at the time and couldn't have been at the scene of the crime you're accused of.
(And you forgot this one: "I was on the moon at the time"

Britan, Canada, Japan...thats all that I know of
but considering that we single-handedly saved the world from the Germans - not once but TWICE, the entire world should be allies of the US
