when some one bid in a product but they dont pay, i can get the money from their credit card or what ebay do

Report them to ebay. Give negative feedback if applicable and repost the item. I believe that Ebay will not charge for the second auction. Check your seller rules on ebay.

You have to file a non-payment dispute if you want eBay to refund your listing fee. Unfortunately, the buyer will probably never pay, and you'll need to relist. The good news is that once a bidder has three non-paying buyer alerts, they get the boot.

Not all buyers have credit cards attached to thier paypal. You report them to ebay and request payment. If they do not pay...report again and leave a negative feedback. You might have to relist item again.

If they don't pay, you don't send them the item. You report them to e-bay, and they can be banned from the site. You still have your item, and you can offer it to another bidder, or re-list it.

no....... if they don't pay you can report them. if you sent the purchase before they paid, then you screwed up
