Yes, the rhythm method of birth control. Of course, they call the people who practice that one parents. Condoms are also non-chemical, but I've never heard of herbs that actually prevent pregnancy, and wouldn't trust them if not getting pg was a priority. Good luck.

the rythem method, all though its not incredibly reliable, because its based off a 28 day cylce, so your ovulation period is the 14th day or so before your next period and not haveing sex on those days of fertility. It takes a lot of connection with your body to figure out what days not to have sex
But, it leaves out chance of ovulation twice.

id just use some condoms.
