He had some cosmetic surgery on it. He thought it looked, "Jewish".

It's frozen in a bottle. When technology is advanced enough the Nazi's who are guarding the nose will clone it's dna into a new hitler....wait....oh yeah...BOY FROM BRAZIL...never mind.

It all started out of pure inocent fun... he was out with his pet dog one day sniffing out anything he could find when they were lead by their clever sense of smell to the quite and humble home of a peacock, who, startled by the unwelcomed invitation spewed the red wine he was in the middle of drinking all over the two of them. Since he already have wine adhesive on his nose that day it was too late to remove anything, so the color ever so permanently became... permanent!

They're preserving it and it's now in the Belgium War Museum. I hear touching it gives healing powers.
