From what I've seen working with some of these girls it is a number of things. Sometimes their mothers had no sexual boundaries, often they are or have been sexually molested and for complex reasons are promiscuous, they desperately need love and attention and don't understand that boys will say and do just about anything to get sex and what they perceive as love and attention is an illusion. A good number of young girls are being molested by mom's boyfriend or husband and they won't tell.

With there internet there has been a new influence that sex is ok. I mean come on even as adults in a chat room its more less a meat market. I mean after all would a person walk up to a complete stranger and ask them to ****. Chances are they would not. And with kids using the internet they are exposed to sex at a younger age and it doesn't help that there is little to no supervision.

because they are bowing to media pressure, all the images they see daily on TV, and the messages they get from BOYS are that to be accepted and loved, they have to put out. This is NOT new, 20 years ago, I knew young girls having sex that were way too young.
This is an issue with the fact that our society teaches girls that beauty is success, and the only way to know you are beautiful is for men to be sexually attracted to you. it's HORRIBLE. Parents need to teach their daughters to respect themselves more.

The word you are looking for is 'sexually liberated', not 'slutts'.
People are more sexually liberated than they used to be half a century ago because of the availability of birth control, because of the decline of sexually repressive organised religions, and because society values freedom and individuality more. They are a little less sexually liberated than they used to be a few decades ago because of AIDs and herpes.

They have parents who trust their ethical and moral education to the media, the state, the school (which should only be responsible for their academic education), the church; instead of being responsible themselves.
There's so much commercialization of sex these days that, frankly, I don't know how teens can survive the constant bombarding of information if they don't develop their individuality.

Because there is nothing better for kids to do these days ... I'm only 33, but we used to make our own fun and adventure, whereas these days kids tend to hang round on street corners, drink, get boyfriends/girlfriends and the rest as they say is history.

b/c the world is changing....look at how they look now....the parents let them run and dress like little hoes, plus they don't have good relationships with their parents which is key to being able to grow up living happy, health, and stable....

They probably weren't raised right. Or maybe they love the guy. OR the guy is using them.
