i do this all the time. Hit Ctrl and Prnt Scrn at the same time. Open up paint and hit Ctrl v, this will paste the picture you just had on your explorer, to paint, and you can change what you want or save it.

When you're at the website you want to save, go to File, and go down to Save As, and name it. Then open Paint, and go to File and click Open. Find your file, and it will open up.

most computers have a print screen button or you press control+alt+print screen.
Open paint and paste.
