The man is supposedly not her lover but he spends a lot of time with my son and it bothers me since we have 50% custody. It's not as if she has a serious relationship -which would be more normal in my view- and it's not as if I only see my son rarely so he needs another male adult figure in his life. Yest, she went on with this man and my son on my b'day for ice cream. She had custody on my b'day. (Son is 4 years old.)

Y'all are divorced, let her live her life. It won't hurt your son to see tht mom's got friends. Heck, it won't hurt your son to see mom be romantic with a new guy. Back off, let her do her thing.

She has a life. You can't be in control of every move she makes, with whom she makes it, or how. Your son is old enough that he knows who his father is so no need to worry about that. It sounds as though you still have feelings for your ex. Is that accurate?

I'm sure she understands your position considering you might do the same in the future. I don't think she would spend time with someone who wasn't going to stick around for awhile.
