You really need to just buy any SAT book. All of the ones for the "New" SAT will have a section in the front where they give essay topics and examples of each essay.
Generally, the questions aren't hard, but writing a good essay in 25 minutes is. Don't worry too much about it, though - because the essays are read by people who have to read through several hundred every hour, the grading system is not very reliable and so universities don't pay much attention to the writing part.

The SAT is lots better accessible to coach for. it truly is why there are maximum of "Get a 1600 on the SAT!" classes yet no "guaranteed 36 on the ACT!" i personally stumbled on the ACT better sturdy, yet i look going adverse to the consensus. The ACT may be better accessible, yet doing quite authentic on the ACT is lots better sturdy than on the SAT. The ACT human beings say that decrease than a million% of testers get above a 32, 0.3% get a 35 or 36. i have were given met quite some those who've 1600 on the SAT (I graduated till finally now they better the writing ingredient), yet in reality guy or female who've been given a 36 on the ACT. He were given accepted early admission to Caltech and MIT. he's at the moment attending Princeton. The SAT checks vocabulary and math. The ACT checks the skill to savor medical findings, math, interpreting comprehension, and English skills.

They give you a quote and you have to respond by either agreeing or disagreeing. As long as you back up your answer with details, then you should be able to receive an average score. SAT practice books give you some sample questions - try looking at those :)

They make you read something, then you answer a very broad question - something like --> describe the adversity faced by the character (in the reading) and relate it to a personal experience. It's not that hard, I personally like it better than analogies.
